The panel of mediation experts will discuss the role of mediation in resolving trust and estate disputes. Panelists will share insights on the importance of mediation, mediation strategies and techniques, and why mediation is especially important in highly charged disputes between family members in the trust and estate context. Key topics will include the benefits of mediation, managing emotions during mediation, ethical considerations, and other issues unique to the trust and estate context. The panelists will provide real world examples and case studies to illustrate successful outcomes and emphasize the importance of mediation in trust and estate disputes.
