I am a member of the Bar in both Florida and Minnesota, practicing in the areas of tax law, estates and trusts, and business succession planning. I offer white glove, personalized, and highly sophisticated legal counsel, with a passion for excellence and integrity.

In January 2024, I joined Messerli & Kramer in the corporate and estate planning group. I advise clients with regard to federal and state tax minimization, including estate and gift tax, income tax, and generation-skipping transfer tax; I also focus on creditor protection. With respect to estate planning, my mission is to help my clients craft a legacy for their loved ones, comprised of both their material assets and their personal values. For our business law clients, I assist clients with choice of business entity, business registration, creation of business governance documents, and transfers of businesses.
