The 2023 Minnesota Legislative session has involved a number of employment-related bills that, if passed, will greatly impact Minnesota law. From updates to the Minnesota Human Rights Act, to paid family and medical leave, to restrictions on non-compete agreements, and more, this has been an active session when it comes to employment laws! This is all happening as the employment world continues to be impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, in particular with regard to the desire of many employees to work remotely. 

During this session, we will discuss some of the more significant employment law developments coming out of the 2023 Minnesota Legislative session and talk about ongoing impacts and challenges of COVID-19.
