Engaging and preparing the next generation is critical to help clients successfully pass on wealth from generation to generation (and sustain our professional practices when the wealth transitions). Generational differences, gender stereotypes and personal biases can impact how we connect with and relate to others. During this workshop we will explore the perceptions that exist, reflect on how biases affect us and discuss how to deepen our relationships.

Learning Objectives - by the end of this program you will be able to:

  1. Describe generational differences and common gender stereotypes
  2. Define biases and the impact they have on our ability to connect and relate
  3. Deepen relationships with next generation clients

Registration, Networking, and Breakfast: 7:30 am
Presentation Begins: 8:00 am
Program Ends: 9:00 am
