David embodies two decades of experience spanning research, government affairs, media and industry relations as well as education, training and public speaking. He holds a Masters in Housing and Economic Development from the Hubert H. Humphrey Institute at the University of Minnesota. He has undergraduate degrees in Urban Geography and Political Science.
