We spent most of 2020 trying to find creative ways to connect and engage clients virtually, striving to authentically deepen relationships without becoming an annoyance offering another webinar in the world of zoom fatigue.\n\n We learned a lot about when, why and how clients and prospects want to be communicated with (and how they do not).
